Three simple steps:
1. Please email karlee@locahouse.com.au with your exchange or refund request. 
2.All return postage costs must be covered by the customer. All return postage fee of $8 for an exchange will be required from the customer before the exchange can take place. 
3. Return item(s) to: 59 Currumbin Chase, Currumbin, 4223, QLD

Once we have received your item(s) and return postage cost. Your request will be initiated.

- Your new items will be shipped 
- Or you will receive your store credit
- Or your refund will be processed within two business days.

Terms and conditions: 
- All returns must be returned within 30 days of the order date. 
- Garments must not be worn, damaged and be in their original condition. 
- All products include a 2-month warranty. 
- Garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. 
-Sale items are not eligible for refund. Exchange for alternative size or store credit is available. 
- Loca House is not responsible for any postage costs or lost items. Please use traceable services.
